So that program did damage the file badly.
Unless you have a backup of your data, recovery will be a painful task and maybe
not possible.
As seen from the output above, the content is not the problem. Is is already
the zip-container that is badly damaged.

As this is is an external damage, this issue is invalid.

Try different zip programs, maybe one is able to create a valid zipfile.

Apart from that, repairing zip-archives surely is out-of-scope of
OpenOffice.org, so I'm closing this issue.
