When kprinter is selected as external command in psprint.conf by

Command=kprinter

and SAL_DISABLE_CUPS=1 is set in the environment OOo uses kprinter and so the
user will always see the kprinter dialog. If the user selects "print" he also
will see the OOo dialog. If the user selects "print direct" he still sees the
kprinter dialog. So the requirement is:

(1) If "print direct" is selected kprinter should told by command line that no
dialog should be shown; thus a second command in psprint.conf is needed that
will be selected when "print direct" is executed.

(2) If "print" is selected the OOo print dialog should be suppressed in case an
external print command is selected or if another variable in psprint.conf is
set.

This might need some changes in sfx2 also.
