The path settings for user wordbook in tools > options is still missing. See
details in issue 70333 and issue 74521.
If you want to move the whole user folder to another place, you have to edit the
file "bootstrap.ini" (Win). Please ask in mailing list or forum how to do.
I set this to new for the wish, to configure such things during installation.
