Thanks Helen and Kyrill,

but I think the problem is an other one. I suppose that the first file has the
zero date set according to Excel on Mac setting (January 1st, 1904) and the
second one is set to the default zero date of Calc (December 30th, 1899).

As this is the  only way I can reproduce this behavior and this is not a defect
from Calc but a misconfiguration on the user site I close this Issue as 
worksforme.
