localize -e -l en-US -f allstrings.sdf took about 45 minutes but the last
command posted by ihi makes it.
this issue now has been fixed in cws[pppopt04] in
sdext/source/minimizer/registry/data/org/openoffice/Office/Addon.xcu -r1.3.10.1
btw, there was not much room to shorten the strings, In my opinion it should be
considered to enhance the tools/database instead of restricting people using
normal strings.
