One thing of common interest may be: When introducing new menu items it is not necessary to set extra help ids anymore. This feature is deprecated. For some of the old menu entries the help id numbers are still in use especially in the test tool environment but in future only the UNO commands itself will be used for help or test tool access. So I removed menu:helpid=... from the both new menu items: <menu:menuitem menu:id=".uno:SecondaryXTitle" menu:label="" /> <menu:menuitem menu:id=".uno:SecondaryYTitle" menu:label="" />.
