Okay, I was wrong. Of course a date style can be set in a cell style. This is
needed and used for cells with an value-type="date".
But in our case we have an value-type="string" in our cell.
The cell contains a <text:variable-set> element. For such an element the data
style can be set with a data-style attribute. If this is not done, the odf
specification says:
"If a data style is not specified, a standard data style is used."
That's what happens today. Your idea is to use the data style of the cell
(style) in this case, I'm still not convinced that this is covered by the odf
specification.
