------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Nov 23 11:02:26 +0000 2007 ------- Yet another one in the "turkey series" of bugs :-) UnoRuntime.generateOID() returns a different value when called for an Any value than when called for an X... interface queried from the same object. The attached file demonstrates this. It contains a macro that fetches the turkey image via getByIndex(0) (which returns an any) calls generateOID() on that any, then queries XNamed from the object and calls generateOID() again. The results are supposed to be identical, because it's always the same object.
