This is an umbrella issue to remove those parts and do some clean-up. Candidates for removal are: * mac/* - Files for the Macintosh Programmer's Workshop (MPW) (Mac OS 7.x/8.x/9.x.) * qssl/* * tos/* * msdos/* - Only the support for Compilers before MSVC 6.0 Most of this is untested in a long time, if someone wants to revive the code again and make it work I am happy to help.
