The idea to switch the style if a new paragraph is created at the end of a
heading is that *the text is continued*. Following text is clearly not intended
to be part of the heading. So I think the behavior is useful and reasonable in
that case.

If the same happens inside a heading two paragraphs result and it's questionable
which one of them the user wants to be the heading and which not. Without a
clear argument why always the second paragraph should lose the "heading"
attribute I opt for keeping the current behavior. This will at least not confuse
a lot of users without a clear benefit.

In case a user hits return at the beginning of the heading I even assume that in
most cases he just wants to insert an empty line before the heading and so it's
highly improbable that the former heading should change its style. Though it's
questionable if the newly created paragraph before the heading should be a
heading also. But as nobody complained against that until now I also hesitate to
change that. In any case I think it would be wrong to remove the "heading" style
from the paragraph containing the heading text.
