"Finance.ods" is a HTML document with wront file name extension "ods".
Using OOo Dialogues in File Menu it will be opened in WRITER (correct),
doubleclick in WIN EXPLORER will open it in CALC (incorrect).

I don't believe that "opening files with wrong file name extension from WIN
EXPLORER" is an OOo issue.
