I will attach a zip file. 1. Extract the zip file into a folder 2. Open the html content in firefox (I'm using 2.0.0.9) 3. Select the entire content with CTRL-A, and copy with CTRL-C 4. Start OpenOffice 2.3 and a new Writer document 5. Paste the content into the document At this point OpenOffice is hung, and it stays that way for a very long time.
