------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Mar 15 10:05:12 -0800 2005 ------- I spent about an hour today off and on testing this issue. What I am seeing is that M84 gets into a mode where all attempts to open files in this manner fail and crash and then once one opens OK, it works correctly until something crashes and then it does it again. It's definately not related to a particular file. It's almost like something is being changed in the files or in the code and until a document loads correctly it's still messed up. Possibly related to it trying to rebuild the last document that was in memory. So to create, you would have to get Ooo to crash while working on a document, and then attempt to open documents immediately after that. I know this is a hard thing to recreate, but once it gets into this crash mode, it's really pretty hard to stabilize it. Possibly, related to clicking the option after a crash and telling OOo not to rebuild the last document for you, that seems to get it out of whack. I've never seen a snap this unstable with opening, so I'm hopefuly that M85+ will be better and then we can close this issue. Right now I can't get exact steps that get OOo out of whack. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
