Unable to confirm using 1.9.84. I created a blank document and added the text of
http://www.haxwell.org/blog/content/fel_long.php to it. I pressed F7 to check
the spelling, and it went through fine, finding a couple errors. I hit F7 to
check again, and it went through as expected, ignoring what I had told it to
ignore before, and stopping on things I hadn't fixed. I pressed Undo a couple
times to remove the spelling fixes and pressed F7 again, and it found the errors
again.
Perhaps the reporter is observing that the spelling is all correct the second
time around. That would explain just going to "The spell check is complete. OK"
each time after the first time.
