If an unknown @-tag starts a line (not counting whitespace), autodoc should
produce an output like for a normal tag, just that the title is exactly what is
behind the @, something like:

<dt>Seealso</dt>
<dd>SomewhereElse</dd>

Within lines, unknown tags are considered normal text. Anyway there should be a
warning in the AutodocDiagnosticMessages.txt output file.

I have this in mind as a task, but currently afaik it doesn't exist in
Issuezilla.
