MySQL 5 + ODBC 3.51 + Base in 2.3.0 makes a problem. If I create a new table in
base and then I save this table and then I reopen this in construction-mode. I
cant make changes on the field-definition e.g. from varchar(50) to varchar(40).
The same table in MySQL-Administrator or in MS-Access with ODBC works fine. This
problem is too reportet in a forum find with google by enter 'odbc mysql base'
on a top-position.
