Cell defined names breaks conditional formatting !

For instance, column A is called in the first row 'ColA', b is 'ColB' ....
Now using "conditional formatting" with "formula is": 'ColB' > 'ColA'
Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't change the cell-format when the value
in B is bigger then in A !???????
Also you can't insert or delete columns without messing up the conditional
formatting formulas.

I also tried to set a defined name to every selected column. Seems there is a
serious bug in Calc
