------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Dec 4 15:55:09 +0000 2007 ------- I made a stack of test-cases and fed them to our gcc guys in an effort to pin down the different visibility behaviours and what *should* work and what should not, see consistent-visibilty at: http://people.redhat.com/caolanm/compiler/ Which has led to some changes in the compiler so right now I'm not 100% sure of the status, but I'm very much angled towards leaving OOo alone and sorting it out in the compiler. So feel free to reassign this back to me and I'll try and take care of it from that direction instead, *if* someone inside in Sun can run the testcase from above and attach the results from the chosen internal gcc+patched visibility to verify that everyone is working from the same state and if not I can poke my gcc guys about whats different. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
