This is an issue in OOo 1.x. Fixed for OOo 2.0 not to trigger that issue with
issue 44798
Thanks for the patches, just for you information, you only fixed the sympthoms
and not the root cause. The root cause where the attributes before the
background-*. These where imported as alien attributes from OOo 1.x and the
issue was that alien attributes with presentation namespace registered the
presentation namespace as a user defined one. That caused the background-*
attributes later exported without the namespace. On next import, they where also
detected as alien attributes and later exported twice.
