------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Tue Dec 4 21:18:07 +0000 2007 ------- for me it makes a difference if i mount the samba-share as filesystem smbfs or cifs. with smbfs it works, with cifs it's like: edit existing document - first save -> "could not create backup copy" - second save - ok (sadly cifs is much faster than smbfs) client: ubuntu 7.10, OOo 2.3 server: samba 3.0.x with another windows-PC with the same OOo version there's also no problem. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
