This file contains a wrong unicode character. There is a 4-byte UTF character
but the 4th byte is lost (F0 90 8E F0 90 8E A0), the byte between 8E and F0 is
lost.
This can be happened because of issue 71515
Resume: the document is corrupt and therefor will not be opened by OOo.
Issue 71515 needs to be fixed to avoid the creation of such corrupted documents.
