Verified in CWS dictionariesfor24.

I expected the spellchecker to behave "similar" as the one it was "cloned" from.
I used a sample text of roughly 300 words. Both en_US and en_GB spell checker
regard all of them as correct. For the en_ZA dict, around 11% of them are
unknown (see examples below).

EXAMPLES:
catching changes complaint continued contrasted difficulties dislike emphasized
countered exceptionally families feared frailties generally inventions lived
maintaining many only operas ovens parents positively retirement smoked smoking
stranger survived talked talking topics

I doubt that these words are unknown in South Africa.

SBA-> dwayne: Please have a look. To me it looks like we need a follow-up issue
because THIS issue is about adding the dict, hyph and thes in general and may
disregard the "quality" for now.
