When you start a bullet in Writer with some text using any of the Italics, Bold
or Underline (keyboard shortcut or toolbar), then none of those three can be
used again using keyboard shortcut or toolbar inline again in the same bullet.

1.Create a new Writer document.
2.Click on the “Bullets On/Off” button on the toolbar.
3.Press <Ctrl-i> OR <Ctrl-b> OR <Ctrl-u> to begin some formatted text.
4.Type some text, “hello world”.
5.Press <Ctrl-i> OR <Ctrl-b> OR <Ctrl-u> (per #3) to end the formatted text.
6.Type, “ some more text beginning and ending with spaces “.
7.BUG: I cannot press any of the Italics, Bold or Underline shortcuts OR toolbar
buttons.

Notes
- It seems to occur per-bullet. I.e. the behavior recurs when following the
above on a different bullet, but one bullet does not affect another.
- You can use the formatting later if you specifically select the text and then
apply the formatting (e.g. click Ctrl-i). The bug is with inline/while-typing
use.
- I have also tested <strikethrough> formatting toolbar button with the same
results.
