Issue 83402 / spec http://specs.openoffice.org/appwide/security/Electronic_Signatures_and_Security.sxw introduced an Option for the Ctrl-Clik to follow Hyperlinks. The Spec clearly speaks about Documents (not writer only). The option is placed at an module-independent pane, sothat the option is semingly application-wide.
