actually, that's a duplicate of issue 84194, even if it doesn't look like this
:)
There was a central bug in toolkit, which caused some misbehavior for a lot of
control models and a lot of their properties. This bug lead to issue 84194
(which was master-fixed in m239), and to this issue here, which doesn't happen
in m239 anymore.
