When cutting or copying entire rows or columns, one often wants to paste them
somewhere.  Now I have to right-click and insert as many rows as I need, and
then paste.  Doable, but difficult with large selections.

This is a function I use all the time (and I imagine others do too), working
with a spreadsheet without this function is _extremely_ painful, takes more
time, and encourages more mistakes.
