Na, it is not the tab dialog's size calculation, it is the fact that the windows
are shrunk to fit on the screen in the generic X11 plugin (interestingly that
behaviour is in since 1998, before OOo1.0). This does not happen more often for
dialogs since they are supposed to fit on a 800x600 screen and are usually
designed that way. This special dialog is so large that it triggers this
behaviour.
The solution is not to do this shrinking for windows that are not resizable
(like mst our dialogs).
