In Writer, after selecting all text, and choosing Format > Columns and setting
any column layout, you cannot add any non-columnized text, even by copying and
pasting. This can annoy users which want to have a complex text layout but
format text during typing.
Note that if you add a paragraph break and do not select it, you can move the
cursor out of the column. Probably this behavior should be duplicated also for
the cases when there is no additional paragraph break.

The general behavior should be that it's possible to add a differently formatted
text after the current block. Now it's not possible.
