>From the Novell bugzilla:

When a piece of HTML is copied from Konqueror, Konqueror puts many different
variants of text/plain or text/html in different encodings into the clipboard.

When pasting in OOo, text/html is chosen (apparently, as the pasted text
contains links, images, etc...), but the result looks as if it were the UTF8
version, interpreted as ASCII or something similar; e.g. characters from a
webpage with Czech diacritics (like ěščřž ...) appear as two-byte
gibberish each.

See https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=334930, appears even in the
up-stream version.

The thing is that dtrans fills the sot stream with UTF-8 data, but the
SwReader is not initialized as reading UTF-8. I'll attach a patch. Please
have a look - I'm not sure what sideeffects could it possibly have [I hope
that none ;-)]. Thank you in advance!
