User os changed the following: What |Old value |New value ================================================================================ Assigned to|os |mba -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- OS/Version|Linux |All -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Summary|insert->file: with excel 5|insert->file: with excel 5 |.0 crashes writer |.0 and StarWriter 3-5 cras | |hes writer -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu Dec 20 07:12:51 +0000 2007 ------- The problem is at a different point. All storages (StarWriter 3-5) that are loaded with the binfilter crash the Writer in Insert/File. ->mba: In binfilter/filter/source/bf_migrate/bf_migratefilter.cxx around line 317 there is code to set a aFilterName which is used to load the file using a service com.sun.star.document.OwnSubFilter. This in the end calls SwDocShell::Load() which breaks the connection between the current SwDocShell and SwDoc. It works perfectly when opening a file but it crashes on insert. I couldn't find a way to detect the insert mode in binfilter. BTW: This excel file cannot be loaded by the Writer/Excel filter anyway. The filter configuration entry MS Excel 5.0 (StarWriter) should be removed from the filter configuration. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
