cd: Changed title to better reflect the real root cause. The crash can occur in
all application modules. It's important that the new toolbar will be created
with a changed "Save In" target on the "Name" dialog. It's also important that
one deletes the toolbar immediately afterwards. Clicking on "OK" on the
"Customize" dialog and deleting it in a second try works without any problem.
