2007 -------
Now,in the spreadsheet, the auto filter is only apply to column. But in many
applications, if we can also do the auto filter on row, it will be very
useful.e.g.a spreadsheet for ordering of many items. We put the first row for
Item designation; Jan.;Feb.;---;Dec.;repeat 3 times one by one cell in row 1.The
2 row from Column B to Column M (from Jan to Dec.) is the "Ordered QTY"; from
Column N to Column Y (also from Jan to Dec.) the "Received QTY". And in Column Z
to Column AK the "Open QTY".(also from Jan to Dec.).For cell A3 downwards is the
different item.For Cell B3 an so forth is the related QTY.
If we can auto filter row 1, Then we can collect the Ordered QTY;Received QTY
and Open QTY for certain month together with a clear view.
It is my proposal to add this feature on spreadsheet.
