Hi,
this seems to be something like a "common problem"... 

If you ask "Aunt Google" you will see that a lot of people experience that
bluescreen regarding "nv4_disp.dll" even if they don't use OOo...
(52.000 hits searching "+nv4_disp.dll +problem")

In a german forum on teccentral.de the poster suggests to use "NGO NVIDIA
Optimized Driver v1.9137" instead of the used driver...

Maybe this helps?

Another help could be to disable the OpenGL settings in Tools->Options...
