The OASIS document works for me after updating to OOo 2.3.1 (aka SO 8 PU9). My
problem with a spec still remains the same (scrolling frequently hangs):

I think we should check other bug docs to verify this issue and decide which
issues are fixed with OOo 2.3.1.
