This happens because the Slide Show is broken in 1.9.85, so when one reverts back to OOo114, after the 2nd save, "gotcha". I now have several .sxi that are broken and will not re-open in OOo114 nor in Ooo-1.9.85. Can you point me to a workaround to recover files? Copying content.xml to a new .sxi seems to work but after the second save, it's broken again. Seems the most important thing to tell people who are considering migrating to OOo is to never, never, never trust anything to a beta version. And if you do, back up everything 3 times in 3 different ways. I appreciate that this is resolved.
