In this case, every 1 after colon is 1/100 second. But there is no common used unit for 1/100 second. Usually we read the digit directly after the second or treat it as the decimal fraction of the second. e.g.: 37:46.00 we can translate it as "37分46秒00" or "37分46.00秒", both of them are OK, but the first one is used more frequently. 876613:37:46.00 We can translate it as "876613时37分46秒00" or "876613时37分46.00秒".
