In Calc, 1. Go to Tools > Customize > Keyboard. 2. Under Category, choose Insert. Under Function choose Cells. 3. In the Shortcut Keys listbox, scroll till you see Ctrl++. Select it. 4. Click the Modify button. Click OK. Clicking Ctrl++ does nothing. But if you look under the Insert menu, you see that Insert > Cells has Ctrl++ assigned to it as a hotkey.
