I think that the option should not be take off, because otherwise the user would have to repair the setup to use the QuickStart. The wrong thing here is the place of the question about to use or not it, because it looks like you can choose between to install or not it, instead of you choose between to use it or not. QuickStart is not a component, it's, actually, only a icon.
