Description is based on the document of Notes2 build 2286 edgy-jdk.

Current behavior: After editing one note which causes a re-destribution of notes
windows, the scroll status of other notes is set back. This causes some weird
effects.

Expected behavior: The scroll status should be kept across the notes during
working on the document (at leas until it is closed).

Please use the following steps to reproduce the behavior:
• Create document with many notes on one page. The notes should be filled with
text to make some scoll bars inside the notes windows show up.
• Scroll the content of one or several notes.
• Edit one note and fill it with text to make their height change.
• After editing, all scrollbar inside the notes windows are set to the most top
position.
