Hi Zhu Lihua,

please check the following:
- Close all soffice processes including the quick starter
- Then either
  + rename the folder 'OpenOffice.org2'
  or
  + backup and delete it
- Restart OOo
Now OOo should be in a state as if it is freshly installed.
Is the issue still reproducible now?
