The big difference to #i7627 is that cde-open-url is not supposed to be run as
root. Further more the optimal solution (mktemp command line tool) is not
available on Solaris, which is the primary "customer" for that code.
It seems that the only viable solution for now is to create the temp file in
$HOME.
