You haven't related to the problem in PDF export, when using usp's right align. 2. Did you verify, exactly which usp version (out of the many) behaves in which way? If there is any doubt in that, it would be safer to leave the a.fRTL=false hack active, when bManualCellAlign = true. This way you can make sure, that right aligning does not happen twice.
