a) user defined paragraph attributes are only applied to fully selected
paragraphs
b) user defined text attributes are only applied to the text of the first
paragraph of the selection.
root cause for a) seems to be in the xml export, while b) is caused by a bug in
InsAttr() in docfmt.cxx
Cannot be fixed until code freeze => target 3.x
