Fixed
The problem was that after we changed the first update call to come after the
first paint event this broke the preview. The ShowWindow redirected the paint to
the ViewShell which would redirect the paint to the SlideShow. But in case of
the Wizard there was no ViewShell. Now the SlideShow registers iteself at the
ShowWindow when a preview is started so the paint is called correctly.
I also fixed that there is no preview when there is no slide transition selected
and some paint issues.
