There is no default for draw:fill exported and there is no default documented in
the OpenDocument format. Currently OOo assumes it is solid.

This has an ugly side effect. The automatic style of draw pages can contain an
option background filling that overrides the background filling of the master
page. For drawing pages without this background filling, there is no
draw:fill="none" exported by OOo. Loading such documents and assuming that
draw:fill default is "solid", all drawing page get their own background filling
(which is wrong)
