Well, it's hunspell - Which we already have. The it's ispell and ispells 
unmunch.
I'd prefer not shipping ispell, too, but there are systems out there not having
ispell installed or even available (Windows)..

I feared this wouldn't be accepted into the tree at all if ispell was a external
build req. OTOH, we can just do it like m--enable-build-mozilla which also needs
external things. For hunspell, the current tree doesn't have the "hunspell"
binary, that's why this is 3.0 after all, because no Windows person took care
about cws hunspellexternal for Windows, and that's the cws also delivering the
hunspell binary now.

For Mac OS X, the hunspell things should be disabled completely when we have Mac
OS X Spellchecker things for that language.
