So, by adding %%Orientation to a document evince/gv and other ps previewers will
auto rotate pages on-screen to show them as the user sort of expects, which is
pretty neat.

To address let-the-previewer know about desired orientation on a per-page basis
then %%PageOrientation can be used to override the global %%Orientation. evince
currently doesn't support %%PageOrientation
(http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=512571) but e.g. gv does. Hence the
suggested patch to use %%PageOrientation and then use a per-document
%%Orientation of the majority of the used orientations to give perfection for
working previewers that know about %%PageOrientation and a "95%" outcome for
more simple-minded previewers.
