Hello!
This issue somehow got out of the scope, but please update HU Hyphenation and
Spell dictionaries, because the current version in the upstream is less
efficient than you can download from the link above. I hope it can be integrated
into 2.4 and the upstream too. Also please updated them also on the site where
OOoDict grabs the dictionaries from.
