There are several issues that deal with collaboration problems.
This issue describes a problem that doesn't exist (can't edit file that is not
writable at the time of opening) and possibly wants do address something
different (wants concurrent access to files) that is already dealed with in
other issues, mainly issue 8811.
But as this is only rough guessing I don't want to set this to "duplicate". At
the end it doesn't make a big difference why an issue is closed, as long as the
RFE it wants to address is considered. ;-)
