tl->pjanik: Nope. I can't since I'm not familiar at all with the process of
creating dictionaries. And I don't want to rely on speculations on my side or a
even a good first time shot since this is in the late state of the OOo 2.4
release.
Thus I'm going to assign this to Laurent since he is much more familiar than me
with maintaining dictionary handling.
